In a few weeks we will meet in Lisbon!

As you most likely will have seen in the recently published program,the conference offers a total of 420 presentations, including keynotes, symposia, papers, and posters that are focused on developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative and effective service solutions to the most challenging issues facing our field. Please see our Program:

A large number of conference attendees from over 55 countries will be participating, and we greatly appreciate the interest of our international ECI community. However, in order to properly plan, regisration will close on August 17, 2025 at midnight CET ( Central European Time).

Please encourage your colleagues or others you know who are interested in registering for the confernce to do so before the August 17 closing date.
