We are inviting you to an online extra-ordinary Eurlyaid General Assembly because of the following:
|
As you might know Eurlyaid is founded in Luxembourg and is officially registered on an postal address in Luxembourg.
|
Recently it became clear the law in Luxembourg for NGO's we are under has had an update in 2023.
|
For that reason, we are obliged to update our statutes to live up to the new law. For that reason we need approval from our general assembly in order to comply to that obligation.
|
Waiting for this until the conference upcoming September in Lisbon seemed not appropriate due to the time limit we have and therefore we invite you to this extra- ordinary General Assembly to join us online on:
|
July 29 at 6 pm CEST
If half an hour later we do not have quorum, the meeting will start with the number of members present in the zoom .
|
If 50% of the attending colleagues in the zoom approve the update of the statutes we will be able to formalize it.
|
